Gilbert as Deputy Vice Chancellor and National Presiding Bishop for Ghana with immediate effect. Professor. Okechy brings in ICOF years of practical experience in the management of Colleges and Universities. He has served at senior management level in Ghana and he is currently the founder and Chancellor of Word and Spirit Divinity College and Theological Seminary based in Ghana.

He is a lecturer and seasoned administrator.
